The Staff of NAA

The NAA Staff include Proof Readers, Planners, Administrators, and general behind the scenes members who help to chart a course forward for the site.

They are responsible for your up and coming new Symfony site, site changes, email responses, proof reading, and customer service, as well as for  assuring the day -to- day  smooth operations of  NAA .

Among those people with whom you will deal on a daily basis are:

Founder-Scott Foster

Scott Foster is the founder and president of Need An Article and enjoys getting to know his valued NAA clients in person. Scott will often speak on the phone or via other methods to the NAA clients. He enjoys meeting new people and asking questions about their level of satisfaction with the site.

So don’t be surprised if you get a call out of the blue from this man!

Quality Assurance Staff

Quality Control Supervisor-Angela Shiflett

Prior to obtaining the Quality position, she conducted work for over five years as a Quality Assurance Lead in a call center. In this position, she was responsible for monitoring the calls that agents participated in,grading them on technical skills and customer service skills, and coaching them in order to develop their skills. Angela also conducted presentations and was responsible for training new Quality Assurance personnel. Upon her arrival at NAA she created the first ever quality program for an online article writing website. In addition to this, Angela is a full time writer for Need-An-Article and works in the Sales Department for the website.

Customer Service Dept.

Customer Service Director-Nancy Langston

Nancy, or Nance, as she is more commonly referred to, will be most likely your first communication here at NAA. Whether you need an item re-written, something fixed, or your email sendings aren’t working, Nancy is the one who will do her best to make sure that you get exactly what you need from the NAA systems. Nance acts as a liason between the programmers, the writers, the customers and the entire team at NAA. Nance also functions as a Proofer for NAA.

Computer Support Staff

Sysadmin and Programming -Alex Karpov

Alex has been with NAA nearly since the inception. Programming, repairing, sorting and sifting, Alex is less known or noticed. The nature of a sysadmin is that if they do their job well, you often don’t think about their existence.

The day-to-day operations of the behind the scenes system operations rely on Alex in order to accomplish the mission of getting your materials out to you.

Alex keeps the systems functioning at peak capacity and writes and repairs the code as the need arises. His code is bringing the custom features into play later this month.
